The Coffee
La Casa is a medium-dark blend built for consistency. Three origins — Sulawesi, Mexico, and Colombia — each adding a different dimension. The Sulawesi brings body and chocolate. Mexico adds sweetness. Colombia keeps it clean. All organic, every time.
How to Brew It
La Casa works for everything. Pull it as espresso and it's rich and round. Drip it in a flat-bottom brewer and you get honey and chocolate. It's the coffee you can make without thinking about it too hard.
Works great with milk. A legitimately good latte base.
